The cost of individual registration for the conference depends upon the method of payment and whether the registering school or district personnel is an active HSTW, MMGW or TCTW site (see cost matrix). In order to be noted as an active school, you must enter in a valid site code for the school. Please make sure you have your school's site code before starting the registration process. If you do not know your site code, you can look it up here. If you are a MMGW or HSTW State Coordinator or are district personnel with an active HSTW/MMGW site, a "site code" has been assigned for you to use when registering.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The Gaylord Opryland office will act as the booking agent for all contracted conference hotels. To reserve a room, call (866) 972-6779. Please refer to the group code N-HS07 when making reservations.

1. To begin, you will enter invoicing (billing) information.
You will be asked to create a password. Please remember your password as you will be asked to enter it every time you log into the system.
2. You will next enter information about the school/organization and attendees.
If you are registering a group of attendees from the same school/organization, you will only enter the school/organization one time for the first attendee in the group.
Enter the attendee information as you want it to appear on the name tag. Please do not use all caps or all lower case letters.
Each attendee must have a unique e-mail address.
3. Next you must register each attendee for a conference, pre-conference and/or leadership module. You may register each attendee in the school/organization specific to his/her registration needs. For example, if one person is attending a pre-conference workshop and two other people are attending just the conference, you may register them accordingly.
4. To complete your online registration and submit it:a. Click the button at the bottom of the attendee information page. This allows you to submit and review your registration information.
5. Once you have completed registration, you may log back into the system using your password to add to your registration or dispay a printable invoice. (Please note: Name changes/substitutions cannot be made through the online registration system. E-mail name changes or substitutions to summerstaffdev@sreb.org.)
b. To correct any errors, click on Edit this Record. Please print a copy of this page for your records.
c. You MUST click the SUBMIT REGISTRATION button at the bottom of the review page to complete your registration.
Note: Registration is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6 or later, or Firefox 2 or later. Earlier browsers will work but may produce warnings. If you have an earlier browser, we recommend that you update your browser from Microsoft or Firefox before registering.
